Weird material
I am astonished by this. In a plot to move the Irish to Mars, scientists find potatoes to be "key" to living on other planets.

Too busy
Really had no time to post. It has been quiet around here lately. Been definitely too tied up. Worn out.

What do you think?

I saw 'Good Night, and Good Luck.'
Just saw Good Night, and Good Luck.. My expectations were high.

The plot involved the following: Broadcast journalist Edward R. Murrow (Strathairn) looks to bring down Senator Joseph McCarthy.

Talib Kweli
Talib Kweli's 'Ear Drum' has been in and out of my playlist for a week or so now.
The truth is I've been very indifferent to Talib Kweli for quite a while. It's strange that I didn't dig the music earlier.
There is a lot to discover.
Ear Drum has a hidden track, like most albums of Talib Kweli.

At work today
At work I got some positive feedback on the NetFilter project. I'll be working on the new ModTech. Never mind. Yesterday I attended a NetFilter presentation discussing the cross-platform EBITDA. There will be layoffs. The NetFilter account has become profitable, so I was told. I was told that we don't have a choice.

MP3 player
I want to buy a new MP3 player and I am considering the Apple 30 GB iPod. I love it.
I look forward to reactions from anyone.

More on IOL
OK, I found this interesting item on IOL.
Gutenberg may not have been the creator of Europe's first printed book. Still held responsible for "Police Academy" movies.

Thought-provoking piece
Well written page from AP. Eighty-one accused witches, along with their cats, officially pardoned... hundreds of years after they were executed.

At the office
Today I heard from the Research Administrator this week that we've been running a pilot for some time now, and it will get official next month. I plan to play it low. This morning I was briefed that I'll be working on the new GCZ.

I have to keep working on the ModTech and cannot start with GCZ next week. Our synergies increased tremendously. A colleague told me that I'm not going to work on the new GCZ and have to modify stuff for the ModTech.
